Can I repay the mortgage earlier?
Ano, můžete. Možností máte hned několik. Klasickým případem je termín konce fixace, kdy můžete s hypotékou udělat cokoliv. Dále si můžete možnost mimořádného splacení sjednat jako součást úvěrové smlouvy. Pokud se však rozhodnete splatit hypotéku mimo období změny fixace či bez předchozího ujednání v hypoteční smluvě je potřeba počítat se sankčním poplatkem.
