LBBW Bank significantly reduced the mortgage interest rates which start at 2.29 %

LBBW Bank výrazně snížila úrokové sazby, které nyní začínají na 2,29 %. Pro hodnotu LTV do 70 % je možné získat sazbu 2,29 % pro fixaci 3 a 4 roky. Pro 5ti letou fixaci pak sazbu 2,33 %.
Pro hodnotu LTV do 80 % pak vychází sazba pro fixaci na 3 roky 2,39 %, pro fixaci 4 roky 2,4 % a pro fixaci 5 let je sazba 2,48 %.
U LTV do 90 % je minimální sazba 2,79 %.
