Česká spořitelna poskytuje v rámci své akce "Hypodny" zvýhodněné podmínky na uzavření hypotečních úvěrů a úrokovou sazbu od 2,69 %.
Mezi další zvýhodněné parametry patří například odhad nemovitosti zdarma, osobní účet na 1 rok zcela zdarma a banka také neúčtuje poplatek za správu hypotéky.
Garance sazby je dána na 30 dní.
