Sberbank lowers the interest rates for all fixations and introduces a 7-year fixation

Sberbank přichází se snížením úrokových sazeb u všech délek fixace a nově zavádí fixaci na 7 let. U neúčelových hypoték je snížení o 0,3 %, u refinancování o 0,1 % až 0,7 %. Fér hypotéky se týká snížení o 0,2 % až 0,9 %.
Například sazba s fixací 5 let, LTV do 90 % při zahrnutí dostupných slev u Fér hypotéky je 1,99 %. Při refinancování je poté sazba 1,79 %.
