Raiffeisenbank do 21. 3. 2014 umožňuje klientům získat slevu 0,3 % pro účelové hypotéky a slevu 0,5 % pro neúčelové hypotéky.
Klienti musí zvolit fixaci 3 roky nebo delší a tyto slevy se nedají uplatnit při variabilní sazbě (float).
