Komerční banka připravila v období od 24. 9. do 21. 10. 2012 podzimní kampaň s velmi zajímavými úrokovými sazbami od 2,99 %. Tato konkrétní sazba se týká LTV do 70 %, 3leté fixace a několika dalších podmínek.
V tomto období je potřeba mít podanou žádost do banky. Součástí této kampaně je sleva 40 % na pojištění nemovitosti, která je platná po celou dobu trvání úvěru.
Zároveň došlo ke snížení úrokových sazeb pro doby fixace 3-5 let.
